Pixelated Pop Art

This was the easiest swatch.

I took an image for reference and I used bits of unused images of pop art and I made a collage out of it.

Cloth that Talks B)

Hi people

The cloth satin is considered to be bright and bold which is the essence that I've chosen.
I thought of using it in one of my swatches.
Below are my explorations using this cloth.

I've taken blue,red and yellow as they are the main colours in Pop Art. I've cut into circles to show dots ( ben-day dots ) which are my main focus.

Below are the placements that I've explored.

After this I finalised one of them !

The POP-STAR

Heyyy guys !

you guys must be thinking;DAMMNN ANUJA, back at it again with the pop art :P (those who don't know it's a viral video)

Okay now in my 3rd swatch I've taken the starry background as an element,and as you can see below I've separated it,explored it with coloured papers,bottle caps,tooth picks and thermocol balls.

After all the visuals and material explorations, I decided to use thermocol balls and bottle caps for my swatch. I even explored how should all these materials be placed.

BUTTON UP !

It's time for the next swatch

After using buttons in my work,I think they can make anything pretty :P and that's what they did to my swatch.

Below are some of my explorations. It seems like a 7 year old kid has made them :P

So.... the final outcome 

All I did was paste buttons on a sun board and added threads . This one was really simple and it is my personal favourite swatch and even my faculty liked it . wuuhhhuuuuu *dancing*

I hope you guys are enjoying this process of swatches, because I am surely having fun :D

Haha .....dramatic enough?

So below you can see some of my explorations. I picked up an element:LIPS and I started exploring it. Different colours, different shapes, different material.

I ended up with this...

Can't really guess how I started up with lips and ended up here. Right?

Well I actually took the lower lip,attached two of them together and got this motif. I used tissue paper, glue and photo inks to give it a 3D effect.

I hope the feedback is good (fingers crossed)

What are swatches?

 A sample strip cut from a piece of material.

These are some of my explorations..which I did after a lot of sleep ..dreaming ..and then woof! So, it will probably take me into a flow of just scribbling or doodling..and hope so final swatches. 

These are some pictures of my scribbling of variety of dots using different mediums like soft pastels, oil pastels,coloured shavings,the other one shows the colours that I've made using OHP sheets and photo inks,  I'm still working on this,and then there are some other scribblings of the elements that I've directly taken from my theme.
